Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If you chose, Priority or Expedited shipping, the order will ship Priority or Expedited after the day of drop off.
Please be advised that since all products are made by hand for our customers, we do not accept returns for Perfect Infusions products.
Lost Packages
If you receive a package delivery notification and did not receive your order, please allow 5 business days until you notify us (in case it it stuck in transit). If you still do not receive your package after you have been notified of delivery, you have a 30 day window to contact us at info@perfectinfusionsco.com.Please include your order number when you email us. We are not responsible for any lost packages that have been missing for longer than 30 days.
Address Changes
You are responsible for notifying us at info@perfectinfusionsco.com for any address changes after placing your order. Once your order is shipped, Perfect Infusions is no longer able to update your address change and are not responsible for the delivered items. Refunds will not be given to those who provide incorrect addresses.
